AI Opportunity Identification for Customer Service

The challenge:

How can AI help to make Customer Service more efficient?

Approach:

Conducted an AI Fact-Finding mission for Customer Service team of a large media company, as a set of collaborative workshops in 2 ½ days.

Interactive group work to develop shared goals and KPIS and define application fields and use case for AI.

Results:

1. Enhanced common understanding of AI

2. Defined objectives and goals 

3. Roadmap of >30 prioritised use cases, ready for implementation

AI Executive Coaching

The challenge:

How can AI help me in my daily work as a C-level / Supervisory Board executive? What do I need to do to successfully lead the AI initiatives in my team(s)? 

Approach:

Individual executive training, in a closed environment, with pre-read materials and 1:1 sessions based on their specific needs and questions.

Results:

1. Understanding of AI and various tools

2. Experiment and learn through real-life use cases

3. Discussing the bigger questions for the strategy

Data Strategy for Marketing Automation

The challenge:

What data is needed to fuel the marketing automation transformation in a large telecommunication company? What technology, competences and operational setup to choose?

Approach:

Understanding and designing value cases, calculating business impact, designing the data ecosystem and choosing the right technology. Training teams to work with the new tools.

Results:

1. Understanding of AI and various tools

2. Experiment and learn through real-life use cases

3. Operational model for teams in 7 markets.

Networks and Events

A regular speaker and panelist on yearly events like Forum Alpbach, 4Gamechangers, research and education, as well as industry conferences.

I have co-founded and run the female network "A1 Frauennetzwerk" in from 2014-2022.

Since 2024 we are running the first "Book Swap Business Afterwork" community events in Vienna.
